In one organization, any action of a manager is a “relative truth” through “thinking”. But what organization need is the “absolute truth” that must not be low efficiency. Managers need to keep trying to achieve that goal, but it seems that the road to the “absolute truth” is endless...
究其根本， 一，深度思考不夠，對組織內(nèi)部本質(zhì)問題洞察不清，行動速度快卻效果不佳；
二，所謂方法，是所謂試錯經(jīng)驗的“相對真理“，有可能距離目標越來越遠；
三，組織能力的打造并不是某幾個人英雄主義的集合，應是企業(yè)綜合能力的展現(xiàn)。
The reason could be:
1.They did not think deep enough so they have not figured out what is the essential problem inside his organization. Although they have high efficiency, only to get bad results.
2.The “relative truth” that they figured out might be wrong, so they are getting further from the goal.
